This was our second “by-the-bedroom” luxury student housing project in Kalamazoo. Western Michigan University hired us as a development partner for this institutional-grade and amenity-rich project built on land that had been given to WMU. We provided all property management, maintenance, and leasing for the project. We co-brokered the sale of this project to the same group that bought University Club and remained their property manager and leasing agent for several years.
